Returns

At courregesboutiques.com, we offer returns for all orders, provided that the return conditions are met.​

You may return any item ordered within 14 days from the date of receipt. Returns or exchanges of online orders are not allowed in physical stores.​

To initiate a return, please fill in the return form included in your package and request your prepaid return label through our Returns Portal, specifying the reason for your return.​

When preparing your return, items should be suitable for resale—i.e., in their original condition, unworn, and with their identification label and warranty stamp intact. For shoes, the soles must be intact. We recommend that you try on your Courrèges shoes on a carpet or rug-like surface.​

Sealed items (such as swimsuits) that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned or taken back for reasons of hygiene and health protection.​

Any perfume, candle, or gift set that is not returned in its original and intact packaging will be refused (the crystal film covering the perfume case must still be sealed).

Refunds

Refunds are validated within 5 business days of receipt. During busy periods, this period may be extended to 10 working days. We will refund the item as soon as the return has been validated, and you will receive a confirmation email.​

Refund processing time varies depending on the payment method used. For payments by credit card, we commit to refunding you within 7 working days following the reception of your refund confirmation. However, the time required to credit your credit card will depend on your card issuer.​

For payments made via PayPal, the refund will be visible in your PayPal account within 24 hours after the date of the confirmation email.​
